An industrial engineer from the University of Massachusetts, Joseph has held engineering positions in the manufacturing of Jet Engine Blades in the USA, in Desalination and Power plant projects in the UAE as well as project management positions related to maintenance and overhauling of industrial valves in the petrochemical industry.

Later, over the span of 27 years, he has gained extensive experience in reinsurance working as a facultative underwriter with Cologne Re/Gen Re, as a Vice President/Senior underwriter in Swiss Re’s engineering team and as the founder of his own reinsurance brokerage and risk management firm.

Having joined the company in 2025, Joseph brings to LINK expertise in a range of non-life facultative lines.
